We help companies prevent and mitigate child and forced labour in their value chains

Over 40 million children are engaged as child labour in global supply chains.

Is your supply chain at risk?

About Us

Who We Are

Faircorp helps companies prevent child and forced labour in their global value chains. We are based in New Delhi, India,  and come with extensive grassroots experience in addressing child labour, slavery, trafficking and exploitation in developing countries.

What We Do

We act as a bridge between corporations and the end point of their global value chain. We give businesses a telescopic view into their operations, to identify existing and possible human rights violations in all the tiers of their global value chains. We work with corporations to avoid legal, financial and reputational costs of human rights violations in their global value chains, by adopting a prevention-focused, bottom-up approach starting at the early and lower tiers of operations.

We also help companies meet their ongoing commitments on ESG and Corporate Social Responsibility.

Who We Work With

For Indian businesses, we help build viability and credibility in the global market, by conducting thorough investigations, capacity building, and mitigation interventions at the sourcing level to facilitate an iron-clad supply chain that is free of child and forced labour.

For international corporations, we provide a telescopic view into their chain of activities in India, down to raw material sourcing. We work with their Indian suppliers and vendors to build capacity to meet evolving global sustainability requirements for child and forced labour. We do this by adopting a prevention-focused approach on the early and lower tiers of activities.
